Google Sign-In
You can now sign in to InCaseIDie with your Google account — no password needed. Just click Continue with Google on the login or register page and you're in. If you already have an account with the same email, your Google account will be linked automatically.
Password Manager Import — Rebuilt from the Ground Up Importing from your password manager is now faster, smarter, and way more practical. CSV support
You can now import directly from a .csv export — works with Bitwarden, LastPass, 1Password, Chrome, Dashlane, and most other managers. No more converting files first.
One entry per password Each imported credential is now saved as its own individual vault item instead of one giant blob. This means you can search, edit, and delete them independently. Password Manager category
All imported items live under a dedicated Password Manager category in your vault — collapsed into a clean, expandable group so they don't flood your whole list.
Search before you import When you have hundreds of entries, you can now search and filter the preview list before deciding what to import. Find the accounts you actually want and deselect the rest. Progress bar Large imports now show a real-time progress bar so you can see exactly how many items have been saved — no more staring at a frozen screen wondering if something went wrong. No limit for Premium users Free accounts can import up to 500 items. Premium users have no limit. Compact Vault Display Vault items are now displayed in a tight single-line layout. The value stays hidden until you click the eye icon — so even with hundreds of entries, you can scan through your vault quickly without endless scrolling.
Bulk Edit Mode
Need to clean up or reorganize your vault? Hit the new Edit button to enter bulk selection mode:
- Select individual items or entire groups with a single checkbox
- Change Category — reassign multiple items to an existing or new category at once
- Delete — remove multiple items in one go
Help & Resources
There's now a Help & Resources button at the bottom of the dashboard sidebar. Click it to open a panel with:
- What's New — the latest feature updates pulled directly from our blog
- Report an Issue — a quick form to send us a bug report, including the page you were on so we can track it down faster
Performance
A significant fix was made to vault encryption. Previously, the key derivation function ran once per item on every page load — meaning 676 items caused ~29 seconds of load time. It now runs once per page load regardless of how many items you have, bringing render time back to under a second.
